Busted, Disgusted, Can't Be Trusted

It's actually pretty easy to zing Bill O'Reiley.  He steps into it all the time, and seems to himself genuinely believe he was right all the time.  But oddly, he seems to have reversed his story on the Iraq war, saying that it was a mistake, even going so far as to say it was a war of choice:

In that interview, he claims that Americans committed a massacre at Malmady in WWII.  He got it backwards.  Unarmed Americans with their hands up were massacred by German soldiers.  Later, he tries to rationalize it away, and the really funny bit is that the official transcript has been altered to ameliorate the mistake.  But the video is out there.  You can't stop the signal.  Keith Olberman has the story, zinging O'Reiley pretty bad, though I have to say that Olberman's generally goofy demeanor, which works great for his usual clucking at morons and prevaricators, hinders his attempt at portraying smouldering anger:
